This week we bring you two tales from the collection.

While fighting for Alaska Statehood, Stevens served under President Eisenhower, whom the Senator greatly admired.  As Senator, Stevens served with an additional 8 U.S. Presidents.  Can you name all 8?  Hint — They are all shown in this photo from our stacks.

Our second tale come from Mr. Whitekeys.  He was a guest on the afternoon KFQD radio show “The Dave Stieren Show”.  In this 2 minute segment, Mr. Whitekeys shared two stories of Senator Ted Stevens.  We located both the pictures referred to in the clip and shared them here.   The segment of the June 3 show is also included.
